by your good conduct deserved it. teminated or expressly continued the anrointment will cease at the end of the said three years and you will then be given a free passage back to this country provided that your work and conduct have been satisfactory. If it is continued you will be placed on the pensionable establishment and your salary will be raised to 2330 rising to £350 after a further period of three years. in that event your first three years' nervice will count as service for the purposes of leave and mansion but you will lose your right to a passers back to England.
